Hello UTU Trust Guardians!
We are excited to announce that we have partnered with DeHR to integrate the UTU Trust API into their decentralized human resources platform!
Read on to learn about DeHR and how we’ll work together below.
What is DeHR?
DeHR is a blockchain-powered, decentralized recruitment platform that provides a one-stop global career data marketplace that ensures authenticity, ownership and legitimacy of data exchanged. DeHR’s vision is to create a place where the data owners can control, connect, exchange and earn passive income from their data.
DeHR will accelerate the recruiting process and improve the quality of information in the market as the data can now be verified by the community. Hence, it will give its users fair and trusted data for their purposes.
How will UTU and DeHR work together?
Firstly, we will integrate the UTU Trust API into the DeHR recruitment platform. Job seekers and employers will be able to rate and review each other to help other users identify trustworthy entities within the marketplace. UTU’s trust engine, powered by AI and machine learning, will adapt to users’ unique preferences and context for more personalized recommendations. This will improve the user experience on the DeHR platform, increasing the quality of connections and transactions between job seekers and employers. The recruiting process will be conducted in an easier, safer, and more trustworthy way to “Connect to earn”.
In addition, the UTU protocol will ensure reviews and ratings of DeHR users’ and resumés won’t be manipulated. The protocol compensates users who provide accurate ratings and allows full control of data privacy.
“At DeHR Network, we want to help the global workforce get connected and validated while accessing enhanced and tailored services. To make it happen, Trust is the most important thing that both DeHR and UTU put much effort to achieve through blockchain technology. We are extremely impressed with the UTU team and UTU protocol to ensure all review, ratings can’t be manipulated while keeping the privacy of users’ data. We are confident when connecting with UTU trust engine, we can deliver much more benefits to the ecosystem of DeHR Network while increasing Trust across the entire internet, as also mentioned in the vision of UTU”— Vince Hoang, CEO and Co-Founder of DeHR Network
“We’re thrilled to partner with DeHR to support the mission to decentralize the recruitment process in an increasingly digital world. At UTU, we believe in helping people interact and transact in a safer and more trustworthy way on the internet. Working with DeHR is another step in that direction. We can’t wait to integrate the UTU Trust API and SDK into the DeHR marketplace to help job seekers and employers upgrade their careers and ventures, eliminating the friction common in the traditional HR landscape.”— Jason Eisen, CEO and Co-founder of UTU
DeHR is a decentralized human resources platform that creates a talent marketplace where job seekers and employers are connected directly and transparently. Some advantages of DeHR include giving users control and ownership of their data and lowering recruitment costs for employers with trusted and verified data from candidates.
UTU is building the trust infrastructure of the internet to help businesses and consumers engage and transact in an easier, safer, and more trustworthy way.
